Second prize at Airbus-SSTA Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief Challenge 2019

My team conceived, designed and built a Long Range Node Extended Automatic Packet Reporting Mesh System (LRNE-APRMS) to help disaster relief workers communicate with Command & Control (C2) HQ via High-Altitude Pseudo-Satellites (HAPS). We were given a spot in the Global Space and Technology Convention (GSTC) 2019 and pitched our winning solution to industry members, as well as Minister Indranee Rajah, Minister, Prime Minister's Office, Second Minister for Finance and Second Minister for Education.

My team's solution was focused on transcribing doctor’s medical jargon, nurse’s medical instruction/direction, categorizing the data into bite-sized information where patients access through a dynamically generated QR code, and to navigate the respective clinics in KK Women's and Children's Hospital using Augmented Reality.


Champion of Bosch Ville Hackathon 2018

My team conceived, designed and built an urban agricultural toolkit that includes sensors from Bosch, proprietery machine learning software and cloud computing to help farmers grow their crops more productively in an urban setting. Our concept wowed the panel of judges and we emerged as champions among the sixteen teams comprising students from local institues of higher learning.
